Today
The list is made before you wake up.
Illustrative. Your list builds from your own leads and calendar.
Advisor OS for reps
Advisor OS is the system. Every lead in one place, follow-ups that go out without you remembering, and your own numbers so you can see which part of the month is breaking.

01
The week you actually have
Selling is the part you trained for. The rest of the job runs on what you happen to remember:
Every one of those is the same problem. Nothing holds the process except you, and you are busy selling.
02
Your numbers
Advisor OS counts what you do: contacts made, appointments booked, appointments met, cases closed. After about a month you have your own ratios, and the ratios tell you where to look.
| Your month | Count | Rate | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Contacts made | 138 | — | |
| Appointments booked | 48 | 35% | |
| Appointments met | 34 | 71% | |
| Cases closed | 10 | 29% |
Illustrative month. Fourteen booked appointments never happened, which is the row worth arguing about.

The list is made before you wake up.
Illustrative. Your list builds from your own leads and calendar.
Every lead, with the date you promised to come back.
Illustrative. Nothing sits in a stage without a date on it.
The ones you would have forgotten.
Illustrative. You approve the words once, the sending is handled.
Say it out loud before you say it to a client.
I already have insurance. My cousin sold it to me.
Illustrative. Run it before the meeting, not after you lose one.
04
What you get
A
Stage, last contact, and the date you said you would come back to them.
B
Day one, day three, day seven, in your words. You approve, it sends.
C
A confirmation the day before and a reminder on the morning.
D
Activity and ratios, updated as you work instead of at month end.
05
Straight answers
Yes. Your activity is shared with your manager, the same as any team system. What changes is the conversation. Instead of "why are you behind", it becomes "your contact volume is fine, your appointment rate is not".
No. Activity comes in from the tools you already use, so your calendar, your CRM and your messages fill most of it in before you touch anything. You confirm what happened and move on.
No. Leads come from you, your referrals and whatever your agency runs. Advisor OS keeps you from dropping the ones you already have.
Day one. The list works immediately. Your ratios need about a month of your own activity before they mean anything.

The shift

Why we built this
The reps who struggle are usually working plenty. They are carrying the whole process in their head, and heads drop things. A name here, a callback there, a meeting nobody confirmed.
Advisor OS will not make you better at selling. What it does is make sure every conversation you start gets followed through, and that at the end of the month you can see what happened.
Do that for a quarter and the numbers stop being a mystery. Then coaching has something to work with.
Bring how you work now: the notebook, the chats, the CRM tab you keep open. We will show you what your first week looks like inside Advisor OS.
